摘    要:在综合自动化变电站中,继电保护设备采用的通信协议多种多样,监控系统必须同时处理多种协议。文中在电力监控的通信协议转换系统中引入.NET Framework体系模型,其基本特征是在源协议与目标协议之间建立协议实时数据库(P—RTDB),并将各种通信协议转换软件中功能相同的部分抽取出来建立统一的通用协议服务。源协议和目标协议通过调用通用协议服务来收发报文和访问P—RTDB,实现了一个协议转换系统同时处理多种源协议并将它们分别转换成相应的目标协议,而且在很大程度减小了通信协议软件开发工作的负担和成本,降低了开发难度和复杂性。

Abstract:In the substation automation system,the communication protocols adopted by protection relays are varied and the SCADA has to process many protocols simultaneously. The .NET framework system model is introduced into the power communication protocol transform system. Its essential characteristic is that a protocol real-time database(P-RTDB)is built between the source protocols and the destination protocols and a common protocol service is provided by integrating the same functions of all kinds of protocol software.The source protocols and destination protocols address P-RTDB or receive and send messages through the common protocol service. So a protocol transform system can process many source protocols at the same time and transform them into their destination protocols. The cost and complexity of the protocol software development is significantly reduced.
