PVDF中空纤维疏水膜的鼓气吸收法海水提溴性能研究

摘    要:利用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维疏水膜进行鼓气膜吸收(ABMA)海水提溴实验.考察了吸收液浓度、温度和鼓气强度等操作条件对PVDF膜的提溴性能的影响;研究了中空纤维膜壁厚,组件形式、长度、装填密度等对ABMA提溴性能的影响.结果表明:PVDF疏水膜的壁厚增加,ABMA过程的脱溴率、溴吸收率和膜的有效溴通量明显降低;直型组件更适合ABMA提溴过程,且组件长度、装填密度增加,膜的有效溴通量降低而溴的吸收量明显提高.用内径0.80mm,壁厚0.15mm的PVDF膜,制成长90mm、装填密度14.4%的直型膜吸收组件,在鼓气强度500mol/(m2·h),吸收液浓度10mmol/L,22℃下,ABMA过程的脱溴率约89.5%,溴吸收率约68.6%,膜的有效溴通量约0.41kg/(m2·h).
