机械活化煤矸石在路面修补材料中的应用研究

摘    要:研究了不同机械活化煤矸石掺量对道路路面用修补砂浆工作性、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明,当用机械活化煤矸石替代矿粉时,随着掺量的增加,所制备修补砂浆的工作性能有较好改善。煤矸石在低掺量时对修补砂浆的力学性能影响较小,但当替代矿粉掺量超过50%后,修补砂浆抗折和抗压强度的降幅较大。同时,随着煤矸石掺量的增加,修补砂浆的黏结强度和收缩性能降低。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of different mechanical activated coal gangue content on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of road repair mortar. The results show that when coal gangue is used as a substitute for mineral powder, the working performance of repair mortar improves with the increase of the content. Coal gangue has little effect on the mechanical properties of repair mortar at a low content, however, when the substitution content exceeds 50%, the flexural and compressive strengths of repair mortar decreases significantly. Meanwhile, with the increase of coal gangue content, the bonding strength and shrinkage performance of repair mortar decreases.
