水囊联合缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产的疗效观察

目的:观察小水囊联合缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产的疗效。方法:将100例有引产指征的孕妇随机分成观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组应用小水囊联合缩宫素引产,对照组应用缩宫素引产。结果:引产20 h后,观察组比对照组宫颈Bishop评分较引产前增高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组比对照组引产到临产时间及引产到分娩时间短,阴道分娩成功率高,剖宫产率低,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小水囊联合缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产具有良好的临床疗效,能够提高孕妇的阴道分娩成功率,降低剖宫产率,安全有效,值得在临床推广。

Small water bag combined with oxytocin for full-term pregnancy curative effect observation

Objective To observe the effect of small water bag combined with oxytocin for labor induction of term pregnancy curative effect.Methods 100 cases had indications for labor induction in pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each group.Observation group application of small water bag combined with oxytocin,the control group used oxytocin.Results The induction of labor after 20 h,observation group than in the control group Bishop scores were increased before induction of labor,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group than in the control group induced labor to labor time and labor to the delivery time is short,high success rate of vaginal delivery,cesarean section rate is low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small water bag combined with oxytocin for induction of term pregnancy with good clinical efficacy,can improve the vagina childbirth success rate,reduce the cesarean section rate,safe and effective,it is worth in clinical promotion.
