口腔科医护人员手卫生依从性情况调查及对策

目的调查口腔科医护人员对医院感染和手卫生的认知及洗手的依从性情况,分析影响手卫生依从性的因素及手卫生和院内感染的关系。方法随机抽样调查口腔科的30名医护人员对医院感染和手卫生的认知。结果大多数医护人员已经具备了医院感染的基本知识,在工作中积极进行预防和控制,一些医护人员对医院感染发生及控制工作有错误认识;个别医务人员对手卫生操作的依从率较低。结果口腔科医院感染疾病的发生与医护人员的手部带菌状况密切相关,口腔科医护人员应重视手部卫生,提高洗手的依从性。

Investigation and solution of dental health care personnel hand hygiene compliance

Objective To investigate the awareness of dental health care personnel about hospital infection and hand hygiene and the compliance of hand washing,and analyze the impact factors of hand hygiene compliance and the relationship between hand hygiene and hospital infection.Methods Random sample survey of 30 dental health care staff.Results Most of the health care workers already had a basic knowledge of hospital infection and engaged in the work of prevention and control of it actively.However,some still had wrong understanding of the occurrence and control of hospital infection.Even in a few medical staff the rate of hand washing operations compliance was very low.Conclusion Hospital infection diseases are closely related to contaminated hands of health care personnel in the department of Stomatology.They should pay attention to hand hygiene and improve the compliance of hand washing.
