光镊光阱力计算方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种光镊光阱力的计算方法,并对微粒在已知参数条件下所受的光阱力进行了仿真,深入分析了光阱力和与之相关的光束束腰半径、相对折射率、激光功率等系统参数的关系,对不同参数条件下的光阱力进行了讨论,从而验证了系统参数对光阱力的重要影响,此外还对电磁学模型的光阱力计算进行了阐述。

Abstract:A method was presented about the calculation of optical trapping force from optical tweezers. Under given parameters, the simulation of the optical trapping force on particle was demonstrated, from which the relation was obtained between the optical trapping force and the systemic parameters including the radius of the beam waist, the relative refractive index and the laser power. From the changes of the optical trapping forces under different parameters, the important impacts of the parameters were validated. Furthermore, the calculation based on electromagnetic model was expounded.
