| Abstract: | Finance holding company.as a ration pattern of mix management,are going on toward the trend from part management to mix management in today's international environment.Comparing with general holding company,Finance holding company have own special risks.It's very importance for defending steady management of finance system of China and ensuring financinal safe and efficiency of our country to prevent and control risk of finance holding company by legal system. |
