| 摘 要： | 能源愈来愈成为陕北经济发展的“发动机”，文章以榆林市为例，首先分析了榆林经济发展对能源的依赖，并通过与相似地区的对比，利用大量的资料和数据，指出了榆林基于能源经济的发展模式所带来的生态问题、环保、资源浪费、寻租等方面的问题，进而提出了要警惕资源“诅咒”的出现，最后提出了针对性的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The study base on status in quo of in Shanxi North, where the economic development depend on energy mainly： We take the example of Yulin city, analysing the fundamental of economic development in it. Comparing with other city, further more, We point out negative questions： circumstance polluter, energy waste, Rent - seeking , and We guard for Resource - Curse. Finally, We are to table some proposals for sustainable development in northern Shanxi. |
