| 摘 要： | 在原有的有序用电管理模式上进行优化,提出了"政府主导、供电部门参与、企业配合"的有序用电工作的新格局,对于用电负荷进行指标分配,引入属地化管理概念,并开发了有序用电管理系统,为优化模式提供技术支持,使有序用电工作真正落到实处。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the original management model of Orderly electricity consumption, a new pattern of＂government guides, power supply segment parlicipates and enterprises cooperate＂ is put forth. The paper introduces localized management to specification allocation of electricity load and develop a management system for orderly electricity consumption. It makes an effort to provide technical support for the optimal model and put the ＂orderly electricity consumptiot＂ into practice. |
