| 摘 要： | 对杨木进行预冻处理，可以减少板材的皱缩，改善木材的干燥性能，本文研究了预冻处理对杨木皱缩特性、干燥特性、干缩特性的影响，并对预冻材与素材在上述特性上做子比较；分析了预冻工艺，试验结果表明，预冻处理过程中所产生的气泡和融冰过程是减少皱缩的主要原因，从而证实了水分蒸发张力是引起木材皱缩的主作用力。

| Abstract: | Pre-freezing can reduce the collapse of boards and improve drying qualities.The effect of pre-freezing on the collapse,drying and shringkage characteristic of poplar war studied and compared with raw-material.The prefreezing process technology was analysed.It is showed by exper iments that the air bubble in the process of pre-freezing and melting process were the main reasons on reducing collapse,therfore that the evaporating tension was main force which causeed wood collapse was proved. |
