| 摘 要： | 介绍了一步法在板料冲压中的应用及其基本原理,并用该法对零件成形性进行预测。通过同增量法模拟结果的对比,表明这种方法具有较高的可信度,适用于零件前期设计和工艺参数设计阶段,对产品的成形性进行快速的评估。最后指出随着一步法技术的发展以及自身优势,对企业将有更广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The application in sheet stamping ,basic principle of one- step and its advantages compared with incremental method simulation are introduced .It has finished prediction of part formability .Compared with the result of incremental method simulation ,it indicates that the result obtained by one- step can be accepted. It can be applied in the part preliminary design, process parameters design stages and rapid assessment of formability. At last, with the development of one- step and its advantages, better application prospect in industry is pointed out. |
