脑脊液超敏CRP在小儿颅内感染的意义

目的:探讨脑脊液中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对于小儿颅内感染诊断的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析50例颅内感染患儿的临床资料,其中化脓性脑膜炎13例,病毒性脑膜炎22例,结核性脑膜炎15例,取同期住院的排除脑膜炎的具有神经症状的患儿20例作为对照组,采用免疫比浊法检测各组治疗前与治疗后7～10d脑脊液中hs-CRP的含量。结果:化脑组治疗前、后hs-CRP改变与对照组、病脑组、结脑组比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:脑脊液中hs-CRP在各种脑炎中无明显诊断价值。

Discussion on the Clinical Significance of Cerebrospinal Fluid CRP in Diagnosing the Intracranial Infection of Children

Objective:The clinical significance of cerebrospinal fluid hs-CRP in diagnosing the intracranial infection of children is discussed in this paper.Methods:The clinical data about 50 cases with intracranial infection,receiving a treatment in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from January 2005 to January 2009,was retrospectively analyzed.Among these cases,13 cases were with purulent meningitis;22 cases were with viral meningitis;15 cases were with tubercular meningitis.20 cases with neural symptoms,excluded with meningitis and also receiving a treatment in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from January 2005 to January 2009,were selected as control group.The contents of hs-CRP in cerebrospinal fluid(7~10d) of treatment group and control group were tested with immune turbidimetry respectively before and after treatment.Results:It was found that the comparison of the changes of hs-CR of purulent meningitis group before and after treatment with that of control group,viral meningitis group and tubercular meningitis group was of no obvious significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cerebrospinal fluid hs-CRP has no significant diagnosis value in all sorts of meningitis.
