三氧化二砷与化疗交替治疗初治急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解后的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨三氧化二砷与化疗交替治疗初治急性早幼粒细胞白血病诱导分化缓解后的临床疗效。方法:选择25例患者使用三氧化二砷与化疗交替治疗初治诱导分化缓解后急性早幼粒细胞白血病,并与25例初治急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解后单用化疗的疗效比较,治疗后3年随访临床疗效以及并发症。结果:观察组3年随访复发例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),无病生存例数和存活例数显著多于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗期间的并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三氧化二砷与化疗交替巩固治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病其临床疗效确定,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss clinical effects by alternative therapy of arsenic trioxide and chemotherapy on complete remission of newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia. Methods:Observation group o{ 25 cases were treated by alternate of arsenic triox- ide and chemotherapy on complete remission of newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia in 3years. Control group of 25 cases were treated by chemotherapy. Compare the therapy and complications of two groups. Results: Observation group recrudescent ea- ses were less than control group evidently (P〈0.05). Observation group existent cases and lively cases were more than control group evidently (P〈0.05). The diversity of complications was no statistic sense. Conclusioll:Clinical effects by alternative thera- py of arsenic trioxide and chemotherapy on complete remission of newly diagnosed acute promyelocytic leukemia were determinately and less side effects. It was worth for extend in clinical.
