| 摘 要： | 目的 了解经皮肾镜取石术中冲洗液温度对病人体温的影响.方法 选择200例经皮肾镜取石术患者,随机分为两组,每组100例,A组冲洗液用预热的方法加温37℃±1℃,B组冲洗液液温为24℃±1℃.使用冲冼液过程中记录患者肛温和腋温,并观察术中与低温有关的不良反应,如怕冷、寒战等.结果 A组在手术60min、90min、120min、150min和术毕与B组相比,A组肛温和腋温与基础体温值相比(P＞0.05)无统计学意义；B组肛温和腋温与基础体温值相比明显降低(P＜0.05)有显著性差异.A组怕冷10例,寒战6例；B组怕冷42例,寒战26例,2组不良反应发生率比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 在经皮肾镜取石术给予加温的冲洗液可以避免术中的患者体温过低,防止因体温过低引起的不良反应的发生.
