| 摘 要： | 根据加工中心机床的类型及实际应用现状,基于加工中心工序集中对夹具设计的要求,给出加工中心夹具设计的基本流程.通过分析加工中心夹具应满足多件装夹、多工位与多工序装夹的设计要点,首先提出采用一体多件装夹夹具设计方法,并给出企业相关夹具设计实例；其次结合某汽车零部件加工装夹的分析,提出采用多工位旋转定位夹具设计方法.为了提高夹具柔性,提出基于生命周期的加工中心夹具设计思想.

| Abstract: | According to the types of machining center(MC) and current situatons in practice application,and based on MC integrated processing procedure for the requirements of fixture,the basic flow of MC fixture design is presented.MC fixture design should meet the requirement of design key points,which for more workpieces installation,multistaion and multi-processing procedure.Firstly fixture design method of multi-workpiece installation on one’s plane is presented,and are illustrated by some fixtures design from corporation.Secondly analysis of one car’s part machining installed,multistation rotation locating method should be used.Life-cycle of MC fixture design is presented,so that can improve fixture’s flexible. |
