MMP-9与脑梗死出血性转化及研究进展

摘    要:基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组调节细胞外基质成分重要蛋白酶,参与动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤转移及炎症反应等病理过程。其中又以MMP-9与腩血管病最为密切。它可以通过降解基底膜的主要成分层黏蛋白和纤黏蛋白,破坏血脑屏障(BBB),引起BBB的通透性升高或开放,参与脑出血水肿及脑梗死出血性转化的过程。根据它与脑梗死之间的关系,如何降低MMP-9水平将成为治疗脑梗死的新靶点。

Abstract:Matrix metalloproteinases are a major group of enzymes that regulate cell-matrix composition. They are essential for pathological processes including artherosclerosis,tumor migration,imflammation and so on.MMP-9 plays a key role in cerebral vascular diseases.It can degrade the laminin and fibronectin which are the major components of the basal lamina,then break down the blood-brain barrier which is high permeability. It shows that MMP-9 is relevant to edema and hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction.Its functional mechanism in cerebral infarction turns it into a target for therapy of acute ischemic stroke.
