摘    要:研究了热处理工艺对碳含量为1.6%超高碳钢组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:采用离异共析转变工艺可使锻造组织中的碳化物得到球化,获得铁素体基体上弥散分布球状碳化物颗粒的组织;在随后进行的第二次热处理中,采用正火和淬火 回火工艺,可使超高碳钢获得良好的综合力学性能,其屈服强度和抗拉强度都比40CrNiMo钢调质态提高很多,而塑性与 40CrNiMo钢相当.

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of an ultra-high carbon steel (UHCS) containing 1. 6wt% carbon were studied. The carbide in the forged state is spheroidized through the process of divorced-eutectoid transformation (DET) and fine carbide particles distributing dispersedly in ferrite matrix were formed. The following second heat treatment includeing normalizing and quenching with tempering make. The UHCS obtain excellent mechanical properties. The yield strength and tensile strength of UHCS are higher than those of 40CrNiMo, and the plasticity of UHCS is equal to that of 40CrNiMo.
