| 摘 要： | 报道9例先天性内脏转位的病理发现。9例中部分性转位7例,完全性转位2例;生后数天的新生儿6例,死胎1例,3岁儿童1例,成人1例;女性6例,男性3例。9例中7例伴各种类型的先天性畸形。讨论了先天性内脏转位的发生机理,这在各病例可能并非绝对一致,但染色体基因变化似起一定的作用。

| Abstract: | The pathological findings in 9 cases of congenital situs in versus visoerum are reported. In the series, there were 7 cases with partial and 2 cases with complete transposition. Of the 9 cases, one was a 3 year old and one was an adult, 6 newborng lived only a few days after birth, one was a dead fetus, There were 3 males and 6 females. Of these cases, 7 were complicated with different other congenital malformations. The authors discussed the pathogenesis of congenital situs in versus viscerum which might differ in individual cases. Chromosomal studies were not done in these cases. |
