肺癌、食管癌切除后血氧饱和度监测的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨肺癌和食管癌切除术后血氧饱和度的不同变化,以指导2组患者的术后吸氧时间。方法选择单纯行肺叶切除术肺癌患者30例,行食管部分切除、食管-胃弓上吻合术食管癌患者30例。采用国产Model 9500型指夹式血氧饱和度测量仪,监测2种术式患者手术前1 d及术后连续7 d早晨7:00血氧饱和度的变化。结果2组患者术后3 d血氧饱和度均明显低于术前水平(P<0.01)。食管癌切除术后血氧饱和度下降明显低于肺叶切除术组(P<0.01)。结论食管切除术较肺切除术对患者呼吸功能有更大的影响,可是适当延长吸氧时间。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of blood oxygen saturation postoperatively in patients with lung cancer and esophageal carcinoma.Methods Thirty patients with pneumonectomy and 30 patients with esophagectomy were selected.Blood oxygen saturation was measured with Model 9500 instrument in the patients preoperatively and postoperatively at 7 am for 7 days.Results Blood oxygen saturation in both groups were significantly lower in the first 3 days postoperative than that in preoperative(P<0.01). Blood oxygen saturation in patients with pneumonectomy was also significantly lower than that in patients with esophagectomy(P<0.01).Conclusions The damage of esophagectomy was more severe than that of pneumonectoy on the respiratory function,and more attention should be given on those patients.
