| 摘 要： | 基于UC3875构成的移相全桥DC/DC变换器输出超出额定值一定范围时便会对用电设备产生不良的影响,存在一定的安全隐患。文章介绍一种结构简单、性能可靠的输出过压保护电路。该电路在输出过压经一定延时后关闭UC3875,使变换器输出为零。设计了一台额定输出220V,过载保护电压230V,过载延时60s的样机。试验结果表明:过载条件满足后样机能实现可靠的保护,达到设计目的。

| Abstract: | Output voltage of phaseshifted full-bridge DC/DC converter is rated, the equipments ot use will to be produced the had influence when it exceed certain scope, and exist the unsafe factor. This text introduces an structure simple, performance steady and output over-voltage protection circuit. While the output of converter over voltage for a certainly time-lapse, the UC3875 he closed, output of the converter is zero. Designed a prototype with output voltage DC 220V, over-loading protection voltage DC 230V, over-loading timelapse 60 s. The experimental result proves protection circuit will work while overloading condition appearing, attaining to the purpose of design. |
