摘    要:载药栓塞微球将栓塞治疗与药物治疗相结合,既能栓塞肿瘤血管、阻断癌细胞血液供应,又可在较长时间内保持局部缓慢释放药物。离子交换型载药栓塞微球是可通过离子吸附原理实现均匀加载药物并具有栓塞效果的微球,已作为一种新型药物传递剂广泛用于治疗肝癌。本文对离子交换型载药栓塞微球的作用机理及其研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Drug-loaded embolization microspheres are materials combining embolization therapy with drug therapy, which can be used to embolize selected tumor blood vessels so as to block blood supply of cancer cells, also to maintain slow local release of drugs for a long time. As a new drug delivery agent, having embolization effect and being able to achieve uniform drug loading through the principle of ion adsorption, ion-exchange drug-loaded embolization microspheres have been widely used in treatment of liver cancer. The mechanism of action of ion-exchange microspheres and relative research advancements were reviewed in this paper.
