水性环氧树脂对聚丙烯纤维混凝土性能影响的研究

摘    要:以改性水性环氧树脂配置聚丙烯纤维混凝土,测试不同水性环氧树脂掺量的聚丙烯纤维混凝土的劈裂抗拉、抗折力学性能,进行了水性环氧树脂增强聚丙烯纤维的水泥附着性能试验和水性环氧树脂的不同掺量下增强聚丙烯纤维混凝土阻裂、抗渗性能效应试验,并对水性环氧树脂掺入聚丙烯纤维混凝土中后对各项性能的增强机理进行了探讨。以番禺大石大桥桥面铺装工程为例,介绍了水性环氧树脂掺入聚丙烯纤维混凝土的工程应用。

Abstract:Polypropylene fiber concrete mixed with modified waterborne epoxy resin. The split-tensile strength and bend strength of polypropylene fiber concrete with different content of waterborne epoxy was tested. Adhesion performance test of waterborne epoxy resin reinforced polypropylene fiber cement and anti-cracking and impermeability effect test of reinforced polypropylene fiber concrete with different content of waterborne epoxy resin were made. The reinforced mechanisms of each performance of waterborne epoxy rosin reinforoed polypropylene fiber concrete were discussed. Taking pavement of Dashi Bridge at Panyu in Guangzhou as an example introduced engineering application of waterborne epoxy resin reinforced polypropylene fiber concrete.
