摘    要:本文主要研究了用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)的方法提取PM10中16种多环芳烃,对ASE的条件做了详细的优化,得到在二氯甲烷与正己烷体积比为2:1,萃取温度为120℃的最佳萃取条件。文中还对ASE、超声提取和索氏提取三种提取方法做了比较,结果表明ASE的萃取效率高于后两者。精密度考察实验中得到6种替代物的回收率在58.7%-108.2%之间,16种PAHs平均回收率在88.3%-104.0%之间,相对标准偏差均低于9.0%。研究中用ASE-气相色谱三重四级杆质谱测定了车公庄地区2013年1月份到4月份的PM10的样品,结果表明2013年前四个月中PAHs的总浓度在5.9ng/m3-612.5ng/m3之间。可以看出ASE前处理方法有效可靠,适宜推广。

Abstract:Majority of this paper is about studying of the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM10 by accelerated solvent extraction (ASE).After the optimization of ASE conditions,ratio of dichloromethane and n-hexane volume is 2:1.The ratio is obtained under extraction temperature 120℃ .The ASE and two traditional methods,ultrasonic extraction and Soxhlet extraction,were compared. Results showed that the extraction efficiency of ASE is higher than that two traditional methods.The precision test showed that 6 substitutes recoveries were range from 58.7%-108.2%,average recoveries of 16 PAHs were between 88.3%-104.0%,relative standard deviation all were below 9.0%.This paper analyzed PM10 samples of Che Gongzhuang station in 2013 January to April by ASE--- gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Through this way, researchers observed that the total concentrations of PAHs were between 5.9ng/m3--612.5ng/m3 in the first four months of 2013.The results showed that ASE pretreatment method is effective and reliable, it is suitable for promotion.
