摘    要:本研究采用了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)技术,建立了同时检测西甜瓜中14种农药的多残留检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,氨基固相萃取柱净化,Waters HSST3超高效液相色谱柱分离,进入电喷雾串联四级杆质谱进行检测,采用多反应监测(MRM)分析,对液质分离条件和样品前处理条件进行了优化。结果表明14种农药在10-200μg/L范围内线性良好(r≥0.9961)。在0.01、0.05、0.10mg/kg浓度范围内,平均加标回收率在80.1%-112.2%之间;相对标准偏差RSD(%)≤9.2%。该方法的最低检出限范围为1.92×10-4-2.38×10-3mg/kg。

Abstract:An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method (UPLC-MS/MS) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 14 residues in watermelon and melon. The pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile, and were cleaned up with NH2 solid phase extraction cartridge (SPE).The UPLC analyses were performed on an Acquity UPLC HSST3 column with gradient eluation, combine with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode The linear range was 10-200μg/L,the correlation coefficients were 0.9961-0.9994.The average recoveries of 14 pesticides in spiked watermelon and melon (0.01,0.05 and 0.10mg/kg) ranged from 80.1% to t 12.2%,and the relative standard deviation was between 1.2% and 9.2%.The results indicated that the developed method is easier, faster, more sensitive and has a better purification effect. It also demonstrated that this multi-residue analysis method can meet the requirements for simultaneous determination of multi-residues in watermelon and melon.
