经直肠双平面超声在直肠癌手术方式选择中的应用

目的评价经直肠双平面超声在直肠癌手术方式选择中的作用。方法47例经活检证实的直肠癌患者应用双平面腔内探头行经直肠超声检查,并根据超声检查结果拟定手术方式,与实际采取的手术方式进行比较。结果34例直肠癌获得正确诊断,符合率为72.3%。7例中上段直肠癌均行保肛术,40例下段直肠癌中34例拟定术式与实际术式一致,符合率为85.0%。对于距肛缘6cm内的35例直肠癌,拟定术式与实际术式的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经直肠双平面超声能为临床医师术前选择合适的直肠癌手术方式提供依据。

The use of double-plane transrectal ultrasonography in selecting operative procedure of rectal cancer

Objective To assess the evaluation of double-plane transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS) in selecting surgical procedure of rectal cancer.Methods Forty-seven patients proved rectal cancer by biopsy were examined and staged preoperatively with double-plane TRUS.The surgical treatment was studied out on the basis of TRUS data for each patient.Compared to pathologic staging and final operation,the data were calculated and analysed.Results Thirty-four masses were staged correctly by TRUS.The overall staging accuracy was 72.3% .Seven rectal cancer located in the upper two thirds of the rectum were all underwent low anterior resection.For lower rectal cancer,34 of 40 surgical treatment based on TRUS were in accordance with the final operation,the accuracy was 85.0% .In thirty-five masses located in extent less than 6cm above the anal verge,no significant difference existed in operative selection (P> 0.05 ).Conclusions Double-plane TRUS can provide information valuable and be benefit for selection of operative procedure.
