摘    要:提出了一种基于激光传感器的起重机制动下滑量测量系统设计。介绍了测试仪硬件组成和主机与手持控制器软件的实现。现场调试与运行表明,该系统操作简单,测量准确、可靠,携带方便,有效地提高了起重机制动下滑量检测的效率与自动化水平。

Abstract:The paper presents design of laser sensor based crane braking glide quantity measuring instrument, focu- sing on the hardware composition, and host machine and handheld controller software realization. The site commissioning and running show that the system is of simple operation, accurate and reliable measurement, convenient portability, which effectively improves the efficiency and automation level of crane braking glide quantity measurement.
