摘    要:针对近海废弃物收集系统中压缩装置在焊接处易产生裂纹等问题,对压缩装置的推板进行了疲劳寿命分析。首先基于有限元法对推板进行静力学分析,得到推板在理论载荷和约束下的应力应变云图。结果表明:推板强度能够满足设计要求,最大受力区域位于推板顶部,推板变形较大。为保证推板的安全性,对推板的结构做出改进,并进一步对改进后的推板做静力学分析。结果表明:改进后的推板变形量减小的同时强度依然满足设计要求。将改进后推板的强度分析结果导入Ansys Workbench疲劳寿命分析模块中,在推板的应力历程和疲劳特性S-N曲线的基础上,对推板的疲劳寿命进行预测。结果显示:推板的疲劳寿命最小值为9.2×106次;在最大基本载荷扩大1.1倍后,推板的疲劳寿命循环次数为4.1×105次;推板的整体结构相对安全,但与推板相连的液压缸基座处应力最大,产生疲劳裂纹的可能性最大。

Abstract:Considering that cracks are easy to occur in the welding parts of the compression device in the offshore waste collection system,the fatigue life of the push plate of the compression device is analyzed.Firstly,the static analysis of push plate is carried out based on finite element method,and the stress-strain nephogram of push plate under theoretical load and constraint is obtained.Results show that the strength of the push plate can meet related design requirements,the maximum stress area is located at the top of the push plate,and the deformation of the push plate is large.In order to ensure the safety of the push plate,the structure of the push plate is improved,and the static analysis of the improved push plate is carried out.Results show that the deformation of the improved push plate is reduced while its strength can still meet the design requirements.By importing the strength analysis results of the improved push plate into the fatigue life analysis module of Ansys Workbench,the fatigue life of the push plate is predicted based on the stress history and fatigue characteristic S-N curve of the push plate.Results show that the minimum fatigue life of the push plate is 9.2×106times.After the maximum basic load is expanded by 1.1 times,the fatigue life cycle number of the push plate is 4.1×105times;The whole structure of the push plate is relatively safe,but the stress at the base of the hydraulic cylinder connected with the push plate is the largest,so fatigue cracks are most likely to occur there.
