以护理团队为主导预康复策略对结直肠癌手术患者的影响

目的:探讨以护理团队为主导预康复策略对结直肠癌手术患者的影响。方法:将78例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用标准快速康复护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施以护理团队为主导的预康复模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。两组护理后生活质量评分高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:以护理团队为主导预康复策略可促进结直肠癌手术患者康复,改善身体机能和心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Effect of Nursing Team-led Pre-rehabilitation Strategy on Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing team-led pre-rehabilitation strategy on patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 78 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given standard rapid rehabilitation nursing mode,while the observation group was given nursing team-led pre-rehabilitation nursing mode,and comparison was made on the nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The exhaust time,out of bed time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life scores were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the the quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The SAS and SDS scores were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing team-led pre-rehabilitation strategy can promote the rehabilitation in patients with colorectal cancer,improve the patients′physical function and psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
