基于CiteSpace的中药治疗心力衰竭知识图谱分析

目的围绕“中药治疗心力衰竭”开展系统的文献计量和可视化分析,探索中药治疗心力衰竭相关研究领域30年的发展状况、研究热点。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)1990~2020年收录的所有相关文献为对象,开展计量学分析。同时,运用CiteSpace 5.3对文献进行关键词的共现分析、绘制相关可视化图谱。结果共获得2874篇相关文献,关键词共现聚类网络由196个节点,511条连线组成,被分成8个聚类。“慢性心力衰竭”是出现频率最高的关键词,“冠心病”的中介中心性最高。“心肾阳虚”、“生活质量”、“重症心力衰竭”、“急性心力衰竭”、“随机对照试验”和“循证医学”的突现强度持续至今。结论本研究运用Citespace软件对中药治疗心力衰竭领域研究以可视化知识图谱的形式进行展示,揭示该领域的研究方向、研究热点和研究前沿。分析结果为科研工作者今后开展相关课题提供新的视角。

Knowledge map analysis of Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure based on CiteSpace

Objectives To explore the development status and research hotspots in the feld of‘Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure’by using systematic bibliometric analysis and visual analysis.Methods Analyzing relevant literatures in Chinese CNKI database from 1990 to 2020 and carrying out the bibliometric analysis.In addition,CiteSpace 5.3 was used to analyze the author,institutions and keywords of literatures,and draw relevant visualization maps.Results A total of 2874 literatures were saved.Key words co-occurrence network was composed of 196 nodes,511 lines,and divided into 8 clusters.Visual analysis results shown that the highest frequency keyword was‘chronic heart failure’,the highest betweeness centrality keyword was‘coronary heart disease’.The burst strength of‘yang deficiency of heart and kidney’,‘quality of life’,‘Severe Heart Failure’,‘acute heart failure’,‘randomized controlled trial’and‘evidence-based medicine’are lasting until now.Conclusion Development trend in this field is shown preliminary as soon as research hotspots are revealed.Chronic heart failure is the research hotspots in the field of Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure,Quality of life,circulation system critical illness,randomized controlled trial and evidence-based medicine are supposed to be focused in the future research of Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure.
