汽车尿素箱支架结构轻量化设计

摘    要:为了使尿素箱支架结构在满足性能要求的情况下实现轻量化,利用有限元分析方法对尿素箱支架进行了强度分析,获得了支架的应力分布,并在此基础上对其进行了结构优化设计及强度确认计算。实验及计算结果表明:在满足强度要求的情况下,该部件实现减重3.36 kg(占比35.6%),较好地实现了部件轻量化目标。

Abstract:In order to make the structure of the urea box stent lightweight under the condition of satisfying the performance requirements,the strength analysis of the urea box stent was carried out by using the finite element analysis method,and the stress distribution of the stent was obtained.On this basis,the structural optimization design and strength confirmation calculation were carried out.The experimental and calculation results show that the weight of the component is reduced by 3.36 kg(35.6%of the total weight)under the condition of meeting the strength requirements,and the lightweight of the component is achieved.
