渣油加氢装置大型反应器吊装方案研究

摘    要:以某2.0 Mt/a渣油加氢装置中反应器的吊装为例,针对渣油加氢装置中大型反应器的吊装工作,从吊装工艺的选择、吊装平面及立面布置、场地处理、吊索具设计、有限元强度校核以及吊装的适用性、安全性和经济性等方面进行了研究比较,说明了如何确定和编制大型反应器的吊装方案,并对质量为2 000 t以上的反应器吊装工艺的选择提出了设想,提供了一种与之相配套的吊盖设计。最后指出大型反应器的吊装策划应纳入到项目的初步设计阶段,大型反应器吊装强度校核宜采用数值分析有限元法。大型反应器的吊盖尽可能做到系列化、标准化以避免重复制造,并能降低成本。

Study on hoisting scheme for large reactor of residue hydrotreating unit
Abstract:Through a case study of large equipment hoisting for a domestic 2.0 MM TPY residue hydrotreating unit,comparisons have been made in hoisting process selection,hoisting plane layout and elevation layout,site preparation,wire rope sling design,check of finite element strength,and hoisting applicability,safety and economics,etc.How to determine and develop the hoisting scheme for large reactor equipment is described.The selection of hoisting process for 2 000 t or heavier reactor is recommended,and associated lifting lid design is provided.It is pointed out that,the planning of hoisting of large size reactors should be made in the preliminary design stage of the project,the numerical analysis of finite element method should be adopted for strength checking for large reactor hoisting operation,the large reactor lifting lid should be of series standard design so as to reduce repeated design and fabrication costs.
