| 摘 要： | 目的研究广金钱草(Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr.)的化学成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂色谱、硅胶色谱方法进行分离纯化;根据波谱解析、理化常数分析及文献对照进行结构鉴定。结果从广金钱草水提取物经过大孔吸附树脂的体积分数为60%的乙醇洗脱物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为(3α,4β,5α)4,5二氢3(1吡咯基)4,5二甲基2(3H)呋喃酮(Ⅰ)、水杨酸(Ⅱ)、香草酸(Ⅲ)、阿魏酸(Ⅳ)、3,4二甲氧基苯酚(Ⅴ)和乙二酸(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ首次从广金钱草分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为新天然产物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr.Methods Separation process was carried out by the chromatographic methods,such as silica gel,macroporous resin,and so on.,identification was performed by spectral analysis and physico-chemical constants.Results Six compounds were isolated from Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr.(Leguminosae)and identified as:(3α,4β,5α)-4,5-dihydro-4,5-dimethyl-3-(1-pyrrolyl)-furan-2(3H)-one(Ⅰ),salicylic acid(Ⅱ),vanillic acid(Ⅲ),ferulic acid(Ⅳ),3,4-dimethoxyphenol(Ⅴ)and oxalic acid(Ⅵ).Conclusions Six compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time,compound Ⅰ is identified as a novel natural product. |
