抓住有利时机 整治黄河下游游荡性河道

黄河下游的游荡性河段是现阶段防洪的重要河段,有计划地进行河道整治是延长现行河道寿命的主要措施。过渡性河段及部分游荡性河段的整治实践表明,黄河下游游荡性河段可以进行以防洪为主要目的的微弯形整治,工程的布设应满足排洪及宽滩区滞洪沉沙的要求。小流底水利枢纽将于2000年建成,可为游荡性河段赢得20年左右的冲淤平衡时间,应抓住有利时机积极进行整治。

Correcting the Wandering Section of the Lower Yellow River by Catching Opportune Time

The wandering section of the lower Yellow River is an important section for flood control at present. Carrying out river training in a planned way is a main measure to lengthen the lifetime of the existing channel. It is shown by the practice of river training on transitional section and a part of wandering section that the wandering section in the lower reaches can be corrected into slightly bended shape mainly for the purpose of flood control. The design and arrangement of engineering works should meet the requirements of flood release and detention and sediment deposition at wide floodplain area. The Xiaolangdi Project will be completed by the year of 2000, which can keep the balance of erosion and deposition in the wandering section about 20 years. Therefore, the opportune time should be catched for training the wandering section.
