摘    要:本文介绍80年代慕尼黑技术大学研制出的一种新的~(42)Ar-~(42)K母牛系统。描述了用氚束制备~(42)Ar的方法;~(42)Ar-~(42)K的衰变特性及其应用上的优越性:~(42)Ar-~(42)K的物理分离原理及母牛装置,并利用~(42)K作示踪剂,研究了钾在鹌鹑蛋孵化过程中的输运。

Abstract:A new 42Ar-42K isotope generator developed by Technical University of Munich is r commended. The method of preparing 42Ar isotope with triton beam, the decay property of 42Ar-42K and its advantages in application are presented. The principle of physical separation of 42Ar-42K and the generator device are also described. By using 42K isotope as a tracer, the transportation process of potassium from albumen into subgerminal fluid in quail eggs was investigated.
