Abstract:[Aims] This study aims to establish a ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( UPLC-MS/MS) for determination of fluopyram and pyrimethanil residues and investigation of dissipation dynamics of fluopyram and pyrimethanil in strawberry. [Methods] Strawberry samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by method of dispersion solid phase extraction using C18 and PSA, and analyzed with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. [Results] The average recoveries of fluopyram and pyrimethanil in strawberry were 91.8-106.8% with RSD of 0.7-8.2%, in the added concentration range of 0.01-2 mg/L.Detection limits of fluopyram and pyrimethanil in the method were 0.01 mg/kg. The degradation dynamics of fluopyram and pyrimethanil in strawberry accorded with the first-order kinetic equation, and the half-lives were 7.2-8.2 and 4.1-7.5 days, respectively. [Conclusions] The analysis method is simple, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the determination of fluopyram and pyrimethanil residues in strawberry samples. The half-lives of fluopyram and pyrimethanil provide a suggestion for safe use in strawberry.
