Abstract:[Aims] This study aims to study on the diffusion behavior of Myzus persicae at the sublethal concentrations of flupyradifuron, sulfoxaflor and cycloxaprid. [Methods] The relative toxicity of three insecticides to M. persicae was determined and sublethal concentrations were confirmed under laboratory conditions. On this basis, the influence of sublethal concentration of three insecticides to the diffusion capability of M. persicae was carried out. [Results]‘Pesticides species’ and ‘reated time’are the major factors that affect the diffusion behavior of M. persicae. The diffusivity are12.38 and 36.68% respectively after 2 hours’ chemical treatment by treating M. persicae with flupyradifuron at LC10 and LC30 concentrations. The diffusivity increased to 53.78 and 59.94% after 48 hours’ insecticides work. The diffusion capacity of M. persicae increased significantly with the prolongation of ‘reated time’treated with sulfoxaflor and cyclopterid at LC10 and LC30 concentrations. The diffusion capacity increased with the prolongation of ‘reated time’under the treatment of cyclopterid at LC10 concentration, but the diffusivity of M. persicae treated with chemicals for48 hours is slightly lower than that treated with chemicals for 24 hours. [Conclusions] The diffusion behavior of M.persicae is stimulated obviously by the three insecticides. The diffusion capability of M. persicae shows obvious time effect and dose effect in sulfoxaflor and cycloxaprid processing group.
