摘    要:介绍一种基于反射式超声波传感器的印刷机输纸装置双张或多张故障的检测方法,依据该方法开发出了一种印刷机双张或多张故障检测装置。该装置以单片机为控制核心,以超声波传感器为检测装置。当出现输纸故障时,系统会自动报警并产生相应的信号提供给主机,主机接收信号后控制输纸及印刷机其他部件立即停止工作。该装置适应各种印刷材料的检测,不受环境因素的影响,具有检测灵敏,精度高的特点,可以极大降低输纸故障和纸张浪费的机率,提升我国印刷机的自动化的程度。

Abstract:An approach to address the problem of double sheets or multiple sheets in the feeder-up mechanism of printing machines is presented based on the Reflection-Ultrasonic Sensor.Our approach develops a device which includes an ultrasonic emitter,an ultrasonic acceptor,a voltage-magnified circuit,a detection circuit,and an alarming and executive circuit.When the fault appears,the system will make an alarm and produce a sign for the main machine to stop the work of the feeder-up and other parts.This developed device can be used to various kinds of print materials and is not affected by the environment.It can greatly reduce the feeder fault and paper wastes due to its high accuracy and strong sensitivity,which can improve the automation level of the printing machines in our country.
