| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法:观察60例糖尿病患者组和60例正常人对照组的下肢动脉的内-中膜厚度,斑块,确定狭窄或闭塞部位,同时检测血流频谱的变化。结果:糖尿病组下肢动脉内-中膜厚度明显增厚,胫前动脉、足背动脉的斑块及最大峰值速度与对照组有明显差异。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的早期诊断、预防和治疗具有重要的临床参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound in diabetic patients with lower extremity artery disease.Methods:60 diabetes patients and 60 normal persons were researched.The vessel diameter,the intrima-media thickness(IMT),the plaque and the data of blood flow were measured respectively.Results:The IMT,plaque and the maximal systolic velocity of blood flow of the medium-small sized artery were significant difference between the diabetes patients and normal persons.Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasound is a valuable method for early diagnosis,treatment and prevention for the diabetic patients with lower extremity artery disease. |
