摘    要:人力资本的差异主要体现在各地区人力资本的存量、质量等方面,本文以山东省为例,比较了人力资本的区域差异.在此基础上,分析了山东省人力资本区域差异的形成机制,目的是为了进一步探寻缩小人力资本区域差异的有效途径.

Abstract:The quantity and quality of human capital represent regional difference of human capital. Taking Shandong as an example, we compare the reqional difference of human capital, Then the formation mechanism of human capital regional difference is specially analyzed. The goal is for further inquiring the effective way that reduces the regional differences of human capital.
