卡瓦式井下节流器密封性能研究及试验

摘    要:针对传统卡瓦式井下节流器的“圆柱”式胶筒存在可靠性差、寿命短的问题,进行了大量的室内研究实验。结合长庆油田现场实际,开展了井下节流器密封胶筒性能研究,研制出“V”型结构的胶筒,提高了井下节流器的工作可靠性及使用寿命。

Abstract:A lot of lab study and test have been done to the problems of bad reliability and short life-span for traditional slip-type down hole chock. Study for sealing element performance of it has been conduced combining with Changqing's field situations. A new model of "V"-type element is developed which raise work reliability of down hole chock and its used longevity.
