Weibull分布的渐进区间型截尾数据的参数估计

不完全统计数据的分析是当前估计问题中重要的研究对象之一,特别是关于区间型截尾数据的寿命分析。针对一类源于Weibull总体的渐进区间型截尾数据提出一种新的迭代算法。算例仿真结果表明：此类数据应用最大似然估计法所得结果不可靠,而应用文中提出的迭代算法,能有效地估计总体参数。该算法收敛速度快,可靠性高。

Estimations of parameters of Weibull distribution with progressively interval censored data

The incomplete data analysis presents one of the important subjects in the statistical analysis of life data,especially on the life analysis of the interval censored data.This paper proposes a new iteration algorithm in order to analyze a type of progressively interval censored data coming from Weibull-population.A simulation example shows that the proposed iteration algorithm,capable of the effective estimation of parameters of population exhibits the advantages of faster convergent speed and higher reliability,in comparison with the maximum likelihood estimation which fails to be reliable for this progressively interval censored data.
