| 摘 要： | 如何提高药学专业本科的教学质量,关系到学校药学专业发展的前途和命运。本文从以下五个方面浅谈了提高药学专业本科教学质量的方法：创新人才培养模式、创新教学方法、创新实践教学、创新师资管理模式和创新学生评价体系,采用上述五种方法实施教学,取得了较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Improving the pharmacy teaching quality in university and colleges related to the professional development school of pharmacy in the future and destiny. The five methods of innovative training mode of the college students,teaching method,practice teaching,faculty resource management model and the evaluation system of teachers to students were discussed to improve the pharmacy teaching quality. The above five methods were successfully applied to the pharmacy teaching quality in university and made good results. |
