| 摘 要： | 介绍了油气润滑在新钢公司第三炼钢厂板坯连铸机中的实际应用，通过把原干油润滑改为油气润滑新方式，解决了轴承润滑问题，轴承和弧形导辊寿命得到提高，板坯质量也有较大的改观。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the oil-gas lubrication technology used in slab continuance caster at No. 3 steel plant of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. It has solved tile difficult problems of lubricating bearing and the using life of bearing is prolonged through the oil-gas lubrication technology instead of grease technology. The quality of slab was much improved. |
