| 摘 要： | 目的通过对韶关市2008年医疗机构死亡病例监测结果分析,了解韶关市医疗机构死亡病例的主要死因构成,为今后疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法利用2008年韶关市医疗机构死亡病例通过网络直报并已经审核的死亡个案,应用SPSS11.0版统计软件进行相关统计指标分析。结果死因顺位中排前六位的是循环系统疾病1797例(占30.34%),肿瘤1375例(占23.21%),呼吸系统疾病907例(占15.31%),损伤和中毒外部原因528例(占8.91%),传染病和寄生虫病263例(占4.44%),消化系统疾病218例(占3.68%)。结论循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒外部原因、传染病和寄生虫病及消化系统疾病是导致居民死亡的前六位死因。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the results of monitoring of dead cases in medical institutions in Shaoguan in 2008. Methods The on-line reported dead cases and death causes in shaoguan were statistically analyzed.
