| 摘 要： | 【目的】研究熟地、川芎提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。【方法】用50％（V／V）乙醇提取川芎、熟地中的有效成分，以邻苯二酚为底物，利用可见分光光度法在390nm波长下测定酪氨酸酶活性的变化。【结果】熟地、川芎50％乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶均有较强的激活作用，激活率EC50分别为1．76mg／ml，1．42mg／ml。【结论】熟地、川芎提取物可增强酪氨酸酶的活性。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effect of extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. on tyrosinase. Methods] The activity of tyrosinase was determined by the dopachrome in the reaction mixture as absorbance at 390 nm. Results] The extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. could increase the activity of tyresinase. Conclusions] The result testifies that extracts of Rehmannia glutinosa and Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. may enhance the activity of tyrosinases. |
