| 摘 要： | 建立固相萃取、高效液相色谱测定方便面中苯并芘的方法。采用正己烷作为萃取溶剂,经苯并芘检测专用固相萃取柱ProElut BaP净化提取,用高效液相色谱仪对方便面中苯并芘的含量进行测定。在0.5～10.0μg/kg范围内苯并芘的质量浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 2,方法的检出限为0.3μg/kg。调味包和面饼中苯并芘的加标回收率分别为86.3%～95.7%和88.8%～96.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为3.2%～3.5%和2.7%～3.2%(n=6)。该方法适合方便面中苯并芘含量的日常检测。

| Abstract: | A method for determining benzopyrene in instant noodles based on solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography was established. Samples were extracted with n-hexane,purified with solid phase extraction column（ProElut BaP）,and the extraction liquid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The concentration of benzopyrene was linear with chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.5-10.0μg/kg with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 2,and the detection limit was 0.3μg/kg. The recoveries of seasoning packet and instant noodles block were 86.3%-95.7%, 88.8%-96.6%, respectively,and RSDs were 3.2%-3.5%, 2.7%-3.2%（n=6）, respectively. The method is suitable for the determination of benzopyrene in instant noodles. |
