| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大鼠癫癎模型海马中脂蛋白脂酶(lipoprotein lipase,LPL)表达的变化规律，探讨LPL在癫癎持续状态(status epilepticus)后对维生素E含量的影响。方法：采用匹罗卡品(PILO)腹腔注射法建立癫癎大鼠模型，免疫荧光方法观察癫癎损伤后不同时间点海马中LPL的表达，比色法测量海马中维生素E(Vit E)的含量。结果：免疫荧光发现正常组和癫癎组海马中均有LPL表达，且大鼠癫癎持续状态后24 h海马区LPL表达开始增加(P<0.05), 3 d达高峰(P＜0.01)，以后逐渐下降，7 d时仍维持较高水平, 14 d后基本恢复正常。大鼠癫癎持续状态后12 h海马Vit E含量开始迅速降低,且明显低于正常 (P＜0.01),于24 h达到低谷(P＜0.01)，3~7 d 逐渐升高，但仍显著低于正常(P＜0.05)，14 d后基本恢复正常。结论：LPL在癫癎大鼠模型海马中表达上调，代偿性加速对Vit E的摄取,从而可能对癎性发作后氧化应激机制产生影响。［中国当代儿科杂志，2010，12（5）：377-381］
