欧洲地热资源开发利用现状及启示

欧洲地热资源开发利用发展迅速,在全球地热市场占据重要地位。在国家大力推进地热能开发利用的背景下,欧洲地热利用的发展趋势和经验对我国地热开发利用具有重要的借鉴意义。本文在跟踪欧洲地热发展现状的基础上,对欧洲地热市场和地热能开发利用技术,以及欧盟为支持地热发展所采取的行动和财政支持政策进行了梳理总结。针对当前我国地热资源开发利用存在的问题,提出加强我国地热资源开发的建议:开展地热资源开发利用现状普查与监测;加强重点地区的地热资源勘查评价;因地制宜地发展多种地热利用方式;加大对地热资源开发的政策支持力度;引进和创新地热利用的理论和技术方法;建立全国性地热发展联盟和平台。

Current status and enlightenments of Geothermal Development in Europe

With the rapid development of geothermal utilization, Europe is playing an important role in global geothermal markets. As government will promote the geothermal energy exploitation and utilization in China, the experiences of the geothermal utilization in Europe have a high reference value for us. In this paper, the current status of the geothermal market and major geothermal energy technologies in Europe are presented, and the actions taken to promote geothermal energy in the EU is also analyzed. In view of the status and existing problems of the geothermal utilization in China, some suggestions are proposed to promote the development of the geothermal energy from different aspects, such as geothermal resource exploration, policy support and industrial alliance.
