基于全桥逆变-全桥整流方案车载开关电源的研究与实现

摘    要:为了适应车载用电设备的需求,采用全桥逆变.高频变压.全桥整流方案设计了24VDC输入、220VDC输出、额定输出功率500W的DC-DC变换器,给出了高频变压器的设计过程。在详细分析全桥逆变工作原理的基础上,提出了实际设计中的注意事项。实验结果表明该方案是一种理想的车载DC-DC变换器设计方案。

Abstract:For the demands of automotive electrical equipment,a 24VDC-220VDC converter with the output power of 500W is designed by employing full-bridge inversion-high frequency transformation-full bridge rectification scheme.Design process of a dedicated high-frequency transformers is presented.After detailed analysis of the full-bridge inversion operating principle,some attentions are provided also.The experimental results show that the vehicle-borne switching model power supply is an ideal one.
