ACPDA引发丙烯酰胺聚合反应动力学的研究

摘    要:以4,4‘-偶氮二(4-氰基戊酰(对-二甲氨基)苯胺)作为引发剂研究了丙烯酰胺水溶液聚合反应动力学,测定了丙烯酰胺水溶液聚合反应速率常数和聚合反应活化能。其聚合速率方程:Rp=K(ACPDA)^0.48(AM)^1.02,聚合反应表观活化能为66.8kJ/mol;同时讨论了影响本聚合反应的不同因素。

Abstract:This paper describes the reaction kinetics of aqueous solution polpmerization of acrylamide by using 4,4'-azobis4-cyanopentanoyl (p-dimethyl amino) anilide](ACPDA) as an initiator.The rate constants and activation energy of polymerization of acrylamide in aqueous solution were determined. From the kinetic data measurments of the acrylamide polymerization,the polymerization rate equation of acrylamide, was presented as:The apparent activation energy of acrylamide polymerization reaction is 66. 8 kJ/mol.
